What does a ticket include?
3 nights camping and 4 days access (Friday to Monday).
Access to fitness classes, drop in sessions, talks, workshops and main stage workouts.
All music, entertainment and other activities unless otherwise stated.
Access to any fitness equipment in supervised areas.
I have a question about my ticket, who can I talk to?
You need to contact the ticket agency Eventbrite where you made your booking.
What times do the gates open and close?
The event opens at 3pm on Friday 28th of July and ends midday on Monday 31st July. You can come in and out as you please within these times but make sure you keep your passes and id with you when leaving and entering.
Will you be checking ID?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age in order to gain entry to LoveFit Festival.
Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any other photographic ID that carries the PASS logo. Photocopies will not be accepted.
For those lucky to look younger than 25, in accordance with our Challenge 25 policy, bar staff will also be required to check ID at point of sale, please take this as a compliment as there are those of us who miss being asked.
I lost my tickets, what do I do?
Unfortunately tickets cannot be replaced under any circumstances. Please look after your tickets like you would cash.
Are there showers?
Of course, there are showers on site that are free to use.
Is there cash on site?
Please bring all necessary cash with you, however some vendors will have card machines to make purchases.
Will there be parking?
Yes, this can be paid for in advance when you book using Eventbrite, or at the gate when you arrive.
I think I booked tickets from a fake website, what should I do?
We can only advise that you contact your credit card company. Please make sure you only book through the Eventbrite website.
Is there disabled access?
Yes, there will be a priority parking area, and disabled toilets. The terrain is a little rugged as it is a large, wooded, outdoor area. We are keen to make the event accessible to everyone so if you have any requirements or tips before the event starts please contact us via email.
Will there be medical assistance?
There is a medical tent on site. If you see anyone who requires medical assistance please inform a steward or member of security immediately
Can I leave the site and return?
Yes, please ensure you have your passes and ID on you when leaving and entering the site.
What is the LoveFit policy on alcohol and drugs?
Right of admission is reserved by the event – As the venue is a licensed premise, even if you have a ticket, there may be circumstances where we feel or understand you should not be allowed into our event such as you being drunk or under the influence of drugs, and you will not be permitted to enter the event. No refund will be given.
What should I bring/not bring to LoveFit?
Due to the nature of British weather, we advise you bring suitable attire for changeable conditions. Make sure you have your ticket, cash and ID.
The following items are not permitted:
Illegal substances – we operate a zero tolerance on drugs/legal highs and entry will be refused for those attempting to enter the event with any
Glass (of any kind)
Laser equipment (of any kind)
Fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, klaxons, air horns or other similar items capable of making loud noise and any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
Large umbrellas or parasols of any kind
You may be searched on entry to the event site. Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. No responsibility is given for the return of confiscated items. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.
Can I bring children to LoveFit festival?
No, LoveFit is an 18+ event and you cannot bring any children.

Can I leave to get cash?
Yes, please keep your passes and ID with you when leaving and entering the site.
How can I sell tickets/become a LoveFit ambassador?

Can I bring a camping stove or disposable BBQ?
You may bring a gas camping stove as long as the gas bottle is no larger than 240g. Disposable BBQs are allowed but must be kept off the ground. Wildfire will provide fire bricks for this purpose.

Camping (included in ticket price)
The grounds of St Clere Estate are a great place to stay, and we recommend staying on site to make the most of the activities on offer. The cost of camping is included in your ticket and there will be a quiet area option available.

Includes, choice of select VIP class, VIP goodie bag, glass of fizzy upon arrival, complimentary parking. Book your tent here. The festival takes place within a protected arboretum. please ensure that you leave things as you find them, recycle where possible and be responsible for leaving no trace. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or confiscate any prohibited item brought to site as per our terms and conditions.
Illegal and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate removal from the site without refund.
