The Lake

Around 1K from the main arena, lies the estates tranquil lake. Take a guided walk, run or catch the shuttle  a down to the lake and enjoy Paddleboarding, SUP yoga & wild swimming.

Wild Swimming

Swimming in the Estate's lake, as the sun beats down, the chill of the lake refreshing your limbs, the laughter of your friends carrying across the water…

Recline on the banks and bask in the sun. Roll in the grass, run amock in the wilds. A chilly dawn dip to begin your day. A post-lunch plunge. A daring twilight dive before dinner. Wild swimming makes you feel alive.


Come float your yoga with us. Paddleboard yoga takes your practice to a whole different level, challenging you mentally and physically. There’s no letting your mind drift in this class, with single focus (of staying on the board.) bringing a new level of awareness to even the most basic postures. Though it may be physically challenging, paddleboard yoga is also one of the most zen experiences around, connecting with nature and moving at one with the water. There’s no better savasana than the one at the end of class, letting the gentle rocking of the board lull you into a complete state of relaxation.


We advise that you arrive at the reception to check in for your class 15 minutes before the start time. 

It is advisable to check with your doctor before starting any new form of exercise, especially if you have any current health injuries or illness.  It is important that you exercise at a pace that is suitable for your needs, listen to your body and rest or adjust as necessary.  Please let your teacher know if you are in any discomfort during or after a class.  We can accept no liability for personal injury related to participation in a session if: your doctor has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise; or you fail to observe instructions on safety or technique
