As well as an onsite functional gym. We have a range of high intensity fitness classes from some of London's top trainers & studios. 

Forest Gym

Think box jumps, battle ropes, TRX, kettlebells, tyres. A functional training dream set to the back drop of the Kentish countryside. Enjoy circuit training classes or test our WOD's. We will also be running some competitions, with awesome prizes. The gym will be supervised at all times and will be available to give free advice and training where needed. 

BaseFit Shoreditch

BaseFit is London's premier outdoor fitness training site. Specialising in Strength and conditioning, Bootcamp, HIIT and OCR training. BaseFit will be running Strongman, Muddy Race and Bootcamp sessions. 

Take The HIIT VS Sweat It Out

A fun filled full body HIIT workout guaranteed to make you sweat, laugh and get that all important muscle burn simultaneously. Expect boxing, strength and cardio training accompanied by some banging tunes that will keep the party alive and gear you up for the night ahead.
