Carly Rowena - 2pm, Sunday


CarlyRowena is a Personal Trainer an Fitness Blogger in the UK, her approach is to find your fit, what truly works for you. We are all individuals so how can one set of rules work for all of us, Carly’s ambition is to teach those around her how to fall in love with the body they have and work towards making it as badass as possible, from working on mindset, to feeling stronger and more independent everyday. 

Ministry Does Fitness - 5pm, Saturday & Sunday


Unsurprisingly Ministry Does Fitness are all about working hard and playing hard. The ethos of their gym: #BeGoodToBeBad is all about life's balance. 

Literally the best full body workout you’ll ever do!

Kick off the evening with a bang with a signature Ministry Does Fitness sweat session that will test your legs, arms, abs and cardio system! Mixed to the most euphoric of playlists to push you through, each station involves large compound movements that use multiple muscle groups. Larger movements require more energy, therefore you work harder and burn more calories – simples.

This will be the last workout out of the day so make sure your ready to work harder then play hardest. This session will make you go from flex to the decks.

Mr Motivator

 

Get ready for Spandex, sunshine and good vibes. Welcoming the living legend that is Mr Motivator. Think you'll be lagging by Sunday afternoon? Mr Motivator will be helping you get your groove back and ready for the LoveFit finalé.

We want to see you jiggling, movin’ and a groovin’ at the Main Stage, so find your spandex and limber up for a workout session that you wont forget. 


Charlotte Holmes - 1pm, Saturday & Sunday


Former Miss England and Britains next top model finalist, Charlotte is a model, personal trainer, yoga instructor and presenter based in London. Her love of movement has been a common theme throughout her life, earlier as a dancer and now as a yoga teacher and HIIT instructor. 

Broga - 11am, Saturday & Sunday


Broga® fitness yoga founder Matt Miller will be joining us to even out the yoga gender playing field.  He will be hosting classes with his amazing California energy and smashing beats to give festival goers upper and lower body yoga sessions like no other.  Matt will also  host an inspirational lifestyle talk/cooking workshop on his Provenance Diet and lifestyle plan from the Broga® DVD.   .

Two Tone Warehouse - 12pm, Saturday & 2pm Sunday


Using music as inspiration Two toned will be taking to the main stage to carry out two 30 minute HIIT sessions, one with Kim to Hip Hop and Drum n Bass beats and the other with Tara to uplifting trance. Be prepared to get the best instruction and guidance whilst kicking off your Festival experience with great people, and great music.

Afro Summer Dance - 12pm, Saturday


Time to get down on the dance floor. Learn how to dance on traditional african drums, connect with your inner african goddess and burn a few calories while doing so!
Come prepared to laugh, sweat, release tension and feel super energised afterwards.

AYB FitBEAT - 4pm, Saturday & 3pm Sunday


A calorie-burning endorphin rush. There’s no complex choreography: AYB master mind Joelle D'Fontaine put together a series of dance sequences to killer beats, and concentrate on isolated muscle groups, using HIIT (high intensity interval training). A perfect way to encourage weight loss and increase your general fitness.

Esmee Gummer - 3pm, Sunday

Esmée is one of London’s top instructors who comes from a wealth of industrial and personal experience in the fitness industry. Not only having fitness credentials such as 'GQ Star Trainer" she also defied all odds and learned to walk again after becoming paralysed from an operation. Through this personal experience, Esmée learned the power of being head strong and uses this everyday to train, motivate and inspires individuals. This experience also taught her to not take life too seriously which reflects in her sessions. You will leave her class laughing, crying, sweating and even calling yourself a BOSS.. self confidence at its finest!
