SUP Fitness

Our SUP Fitness Classes combine SUP, Fitness and Yoga to offer the ultimate water workout and reap huge benefits to both mind and body. Whilst embracing the elements in natural surroundings, our classes offer you the feeling total freedom. Exercises can be bespoke to the group and can meet any goal from improving general fitness to more specific goals such as strength and cardio gains.


Wild Swimming

Twice a day,  we'll be heading down to the lake for a dip are open to anyone and everyone who wants to join. All paces welcome, the most important thing is that you enjoy yourselves, make new friends and stay wild.

These runs will begin at 09:00 & 14:30 on Saturday and Sunday. Just rock up to Main Stage with your swimmers and join the crew.
