  • 3 days access (Friday to Sunday) and ‘bring your own tent camping’.
  • Book up to 4 classes per full day in advance before the festival begins plus one hot tub slot. Then walk-up to the rest on the day, including unlimited drop-in sessions and main stage activities. 
  • All music and night entertainment.
  • Make sure you book tickets using individual emails to ensure you can create your schedule when enrolment opens.

Camping ticket holders can bring a reasonable amount of food and drink (not including alcohol) for personal consumption into the campsite only.
You will ask be asked to leave excess quantities outside the event. You will not be allowed to bring in glass bottles of any kind.
No food or drink can be taken into the main festival arena. However, we do allow sealed bottles of water up to 750ml and empty unsealed bottles can be brought in to be refilled at the water points.
No glass is allowed anywhere on site, including in Campervans. Please decant into plastic containers before you leave home. 

Yes, of course! We've been lucky enough to be joined by lots of solo adventurers each year and look forward to welcoming many more. Unlike other festivals where it can be tricky to make friends, at LoveFit you'll spend all day doing activities together in groups, making it really easy to bond with your fellow campers!

Not at all! We pride ourselves on diversity, people from all walks of life, from all backgrounds, of all ages and all fitness abilities. You don’t even need to participate in any intense fitness classes if you don’t want to, you can enjoy walks, meditation, hot tubs, massages and the after parties if you prefer. However if you’re after a hard sweat, then there is definteily plenty of that. You can tailor your experience at LoveFit to suit you. 

There will be power-points to charge your phone in the main arena by the bar. Please bring your own cables and please note we cannot accept liability for the loss of the phone.

Of course, there are toilets and warm showers on site that are free to use.

Please bring all necessary cash with you, however some vendors will have card machines to make purchases.

Yes, there will be a priority parking area, and disabled toilets. The terrain is a little rugged as it is a large, wooded, outdoor area. We are keen to make the event accessible to everyone so if you have any requirements or tips before the event starts please contact us via email.

There is a medical tent on site. If you see anyone who requires medical assistance please inform a steward or member of security immediately.  

Due to the nature of British weather, we advise you bring suitable attire for changeable conditions. Make sure you have your ticket, cash and ID.

LoveFit is an 18+ event and you cannot bring any children.

Fires and disposable BBQs are strictly prohibited.

You can pre-book x4 activities in advance per day. Here is the breakdown what you can book in advance: 

  • x1 Hot Tub session for every participant over the weekend. 
  • x1 Aerial class. 
  • x4 Activities (e.g. yoga, spin etc).
  • Unlimited Main Stage Activities.

Enrolments opens July 1st, you'll receive an email a couple of weeks before enrolment opens with further instructions. 


The gates open at 10am on Friday with classes starting at midday and the event ends Sunday evening. You can come in and out as you please within these times but make sure you keep your passes and id with you when leaving and entering.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age in order to gain entry to LoveFit Festival.

Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any other photographic ID that carries the PASS logo. Photocopies will not be accepted.

For those lucky to look younger than 25, in accordance with our Challenge 25 policy, bar staff will also be required to check ID at point of sale, please take this as a compliment as there are those of us who miss being asked.

All tickets are e-tickets so as long as you can access your emails you'll be okay. 

We can only advise that you contact your credit card company. Please make sure you only book through our website directly or Eventbrite.

If your situation is not covered by any of the circumstances stated below, please email us and we will review your situation. Otherwise you can list tickets for re-sale on the with a reputable reseller or transfer them to friends.

  • Cancellation or Postponement

    If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will offer you the choice of exchanging your booking for a future event or a full refund. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 14 days.

  • Serious Illness

    If you are unable to attend an event safely due to serious ill health, we will offer you an opportunity to exchange your booking for a future event. You must inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the event and provide a valid doctor's certificate stating that you are not fit to attend. Your exchange will be processed within 14 days.

  • Self Isolation

    If you are unable to attend an event due to a legal requirement to self isolate, we will offer you an opportunity to exchange your booking for a future event. You must inform us at least 1 hour before the start of the event and provide evidence you were required to self-isolate including a doctor’s certificate, a positive PCR test result if applicable and copies of all messages received from NHS Track and Trace. Your exchange will be processed within 14 days.

Yes, but car spaces are limited, so if you must drive, please buddy up and keep the environmental impact to a minimum.

Where to stay

The grounds of St Clere Estate are a great place to stay, and we recommend staying on site to make the most of the activities on offer. The cost of camping is included in your ticket and there will be a quiet area option available.

We can’t post specific properties, however there are plenty of brilliant places to stay in the local area on Airbnb.


Right of admission is reserved by the event – As the venue is a licensed premise, even if you have a ticket, there may be circumstances where we feel or understand you should not be allowed into our event such as you being drunk or under the influence of drugs, and you will not be permitted to enter the event. No refund will be given.

  • Illegal substances – we operate a zero tolerance on drugs/legal highs and entry will be refused for those attempting to enter the event with any

  • Glass (of any kind.

  • Spray cans.

  • Laser equipment (of any kind).

  • Fireworks, flares, Chinese lanterns, klaxons, air horns or other similar items capable of making loud noise and any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.

  • Large umbrellas or parasols of any kind.

You may be searched on entry to the event site. Any items that may be used in an illegal or offensive manner will be confiscated. No responsibility is given for the return of confiscated items. If you are in possession of illegal substances you may be arrested.
