LoveFit takes five minutes to chat with Fitness Model, Wellness Coach and Master Trainer Charlotte Holmes (you might recognise her from the new MTV series, Ex on the Beach: Body SOS). As a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher we wanted to find out Charlotte's favourite workouts and LoveFit essentials.
What’s your favourite type of workout and why?
I couldn't choose one! I think variety is key to keeping your love of movement alive. I love yoga, boxing, surfing... does raving count?!
What’s your ultimate workout track right now?
I have Stormzys album on repeat!
No such thing - I eat what I want when I want! Big believer in balance so having a little bit of what you fancy does you good!
What are your top tips for LoveFit?
Make sure you dance as much as you workout. And get yourself down to the lake - there's gonna be fun stuff happening!
What’s on your LoveFit camping must-have list?
A good head torch - so I can dance the night away and get back to my tent without stubbing my toe on a tent peg.
Do you have a motivational mantra that keeps you going?
Work hard, play hard.
