Service Description: Fancy a change of perspective to boost your mood and every levels… Island Feather are inviting you to join one of their paddleboard sessions at the picturesque lake at LOVEFIT Festival. Sessions are 120 minutes, for up to 10 people and blend yoga, fitness, pilates, mindfulness and fun to reap benefits for your mind body & soul. Note: Sessions are for beginners so no need to have experience of paddleboarding. Duration: 120 minutes (60 minute on the water, 30 minute self-guided trail walk/ run to and from the lake) Cost: £45
