Friday is all about Team Building - so make sure head down early and meet your new friends!! 

13:00 - 14:00 - Beastmode
Kicking off the festival are local trainers Dan & Ian. They'll take you through a gruelling bootcamp style workout, where you'll be working in team to beat the trainers. 

14:00-15:00 - StrongHer Games
Team based workout with games and getting you feeling super competitive.

15:00 - 16:00 Take the HIIT
Circuit training with London based Master trainers: Nicky Lopez and Sarah Ardwark. 

16:00 - 17:00 Charlotte Holmes
A 45 minute workout combining sweaty body weight HIIT training; Push your limits through a pulse raising workout and relax your mind through conscious movement.

17:00 - 18:00 -  Tara Margulies - Calisthenics
The world is our gym ⚡️ Calisthenics is gymnastics inspired training designed to improve strength and increase mobility. Expect a no equipment, full body workout which incorporates elements of animal flow alongside conditioning exercises aimed towards nailing moves like push ups, pull ups, L sits and handstands. The aim is to learn different ways to improve our flexibility, balance and mobility as well as our strength. 

18:00 - 18:30 - Meet the Trainers - LoveFit Induction
We welcome you to the festival before we kick off the first afterparty. Come and hear from the master trainers themselves about what to expect from the weekend.

Time to get out of your comfort zone and test out classes you have never tried before. 

09:00 -10:00 - Lauren Tickner talks social influence
Helping and inspiring entrepreneurs build their personal brand #StrengthFeed. Lauren will also be hosting a more intimate Q+A after the talk

10:00 - 11:00 - Tara Margulies - Calisthenics
The world is our gym ⚡️ Calisthenics is gymnastics inspired training designed to improve strength and increase mobility. Taking over the main stage with her killer abs. Carly’s class will be a 45 minute class designed to teach you some new moves, break a sweat and feel incredible! Inspired by my GetGorgeous Ebook this workout will use your entire body in a way that boosts your endorphins and leaves you motivated for more!

12:00 - 13:00 - Shaun Stafford & Lilly Sabri
Representing Team Optimum Nutrition, Lilly and Shaun will be taking you through the Gold Standard Experience which brings the Gold Standard Zone to life where participants will be put through intense physical and mental challenges.

13:00 - 14:00 - Esmee Gummer
An electrifying full body workout combining banging beats and high energy movement. This class has everyone working at their own individual pace with the opportunity to cruise along or go FULL OUT. Girls, get ready to swing your pony and guys, get ready to run likes Esmée's behind you. All 5 foot of her.

14:00 - 15:00 - Broga with Matt The Pillar Millar
Broga® fitness yoga founder Matt Miller will be joining us to even out the yoga gender playing field.  He will be hosting classes with his amazing California energy and smashing beats to give festival goers upper and lower body yoga sessions like no other.  Matt will also  host an inspirational lifestyle talk/cooking workshop on his Provenance Diet and lifestyle plan from the Broga® DVD. 

15:00 - 16:00 - Burn Strength Yoga with Alice Rickard and Kirsty Raynor
Master trainers Alice and Kirsty combine HIIT, Strength & Yoga in one hell of a sweat inducing workout, that will have you begging for a cocktail! 

16:00 - 17:00 - POP Fit
Sweat yourself happy with high-intensity workouts, powered by irresistible tunes and positive vibes. 

17:00 - 18:00 - Fearless Moves
Fearless HIIT workout sessions with music themes.

09:00 - 10:00 - Lily Soutter talks Nutrition
Lily is a Chelsea based BSc Nutritionist on a mission to improve busy people's lives with evidence-based & practical nutrition advice. You've probably seen some of her articles about the subject in The Times, The Telegraph, The Independent, The Daily Mail, Cosmopolitan and Women's Health.

13:00 - 14:00 - Fierce Graces the main stage with Founder Michele Pernatta
Founder of Fierce Grace Yoga and one of the UK’s most highly regarded teachers takes to the main stage. Michele Pernetta introduced Bikram Yoga to the UK in 1994 after returning to the UK from LA. Michele was a personal student of Bikram Choudhury for many years and opened the first Bikram studio in London in 1999. 

14:00 - 15:00 - Good Yoga Life with Kelly McHugh
The proud boss of Good Yoga Life. Her classes are playful, upbeat and explorative. Expect to move in new ways and get a sweat on! Kelly brings creative sequencing and fresh music to her classes and a fun and easy going vibe to the space.

15:00 - 16:00 - Kind Yoga Life
Lead by Jayna Cavendish. KIND's ethos is based on kindness being the root to all happiness. If we can be kind with ourselves we can be kind to each other which leads to profound and positive change internally and externally.

16:00 - 17:00 - Lauren Kennedy Hand Stand workshop
PT, Gymnast, Yogi, Fitness Blogger & Social influencer and lover of handstands. Lauren will be teaching you all things gymnastics and how to conquer all things hand stands.

18:00 - onwards - Sound Therapy closing ceremony
After all your hard work join us to experience the ultimate form of relaxation where we'll be winding down from a jam-packed weekend with a range of soothing sounds to ease those aching muscles. Simply close your eyes and relax!
