Come float your yoga with us. Paddleboard yoga takes your practice to a whole different level, challenging you mentally and physically. SUP Yoga combines yoga poses with a variation of stand-up paddleboard surfing. The sport incorporates hatha and vinyasa poses on a 10 to 12-foot paddleboard.
The practice requires different alignments than on solid earth because the board is continually moving, you must make small adjustments in body position and weight distribution to counterbalance the movements of the board.
